How are they doing this?

Hi guys,

If you have a look at the site below and click on one of the links on the left (Web Designer, Junior Webdesigner, PHP developer etc), how are they making the sections of text move by the links?

At a guess its javascript and scroll to divs, but I cant work out how to do it?
