Cloaking is referred to Black hat SEO practice.

Showing a search engine spider or bot one version of a Web page and a different version to the end user is known as cloaking.

Cloaking is a way of hiding a text behind another one by putting it same color as the background color, therefore unseen by human eyes but readable by a search engine.
