Google can't cached my Title and meta discription

I search for my main keyword in google, I have found that Google can't cached my title and meta discription in SERP. I have put different title and meta description for all my pages, still it can not be cached what I have to do?

Hi friend in my opinion you change your meta content and added in webmaster tool so this is best way and also use off page factors like a forum posting, blog commenting, profile creation article submission etc...

Whats actually happening? Are your pages not being indexed by google OR are your title and description being changed by google?

If it's the later then there isn't really much you can do about it. Google has decided there are other versions of your Title and Description that are more relevant to the search so therefore has replaced them with more appropriate content. This won't actually effect your rankings all though if you found a title and description that google does like then it could benefit your campaign.
If ever in doubt about a threads purpose report it and let webdev mods or admins be the judge. If we don't know we can't help.

Thanks for your post but it is effecting my rankings too as it is not showing my results on my searched keywords rather it is showing the title took by google itself.
