New to freelance

I am new to the web-programing and in need of some free lancing work,

I have no prior experience of free lancing but i want to get into it.

It doesn't matter if you have no prior experience but you still need to provide some
projects you did before. For example what kind of web programming did you do before?
PHP, ASP, JSP or? You can also offer your service at some internet marketing forums, like digital point, warrior forums, site point etc.
