How my web page get the first page on google search results?

Currently i am developing a web development tutorial site

www.sumotuto.com

This site is very light weight and search engine friendly.

I wanna know about two matters.

1. Two days have passed to website submission on search engines but it is not yet been crawled. how many days require for crawling?

2. How my web page get the first page on google search results?

yes, that's right. link building is still the best method to get indexed. social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting will really help.

10 organic links, 10 paid search links and if Google wants to they will put local search results, or image results, as well.
