Hello, my newly layout-ed site

is lacking in visitors, and i need visitors to get content submitted to me, and i need content to get visitors.
Im stuck in a Catch-22.

How can i get ORIGINAL ARTICLES, and such and put it up on a regular basis without paying (or paying much)?
i barely have money to spare.

Anyone out there with some interesting stuff that they are willing to contribute?
How do you guys get regular original content?
Other repetitive question pertaining to original content and traffic?
