Simple Article/CMS System

I'm looking for a very simple article/cms system. Pretty much, all I'll need to be able to do is be able
1. Set a header and footer
2. Have a login for one admin user to add in articles
3. A main page where visitors could navigate and search through the articles.

go to www.hotscripts.com
go under php or whatever script you are looking into...

i think php and mySQL is the easiest way to go...

then just find a script that works for you ...

more streamlined would be
