Flash Media Server hosting?

Ok after doing a fair bit of research and after asking on this site I have come to the conclusion that I need to stream my video content over the net using a Flash Media Server.

I have looked on the net and to be honest there seems to be a big difference in hosting prices and what you get for your £££.

Basically I will be filming the footage then converting the various files to flv's and streaming these various flv's over the net.

I have found a site that seems to be good maybe someone could take a look at it and tell me what they think? http://www.flvhosting.com/index.php?sc=15 I was thinking of going with the small business option as its got a good amount of storage space with it.

If anyone has any suggestions of anyone else I can use (especially if they are UK based) I would be very great full for your input.

I have also found this one it looks pretty good except for the low disk space.
