I need some help. I wanna know how this is done:

This would be a good way to cut down on space and display all the top ten posts, top 10 comments, etc.


Is it some kind of Javascript?

that would use some sort of content management system which would monitor the number of hits, comments of that post and then there would be a module with the top 10 or something.

if you want to do something like this i would advise trying drupal.
