I dont know if logo designs are critiqued here but thought I will post anyway.
Here is a sample of my company logo. It is a web designing company. Pls let me know what comments you have about the design. I am just starting off with the whole process so any advice appreciated.

Don't know how well the small font will scale down if you resize the image ?
