Interactive Descrition POPUPS

Hello there!

I wonder if anyone knows an application or a dreamweather plugin which allows to make pupup descriptive messages which will appear when a site visitor moves his cursor over a picure or highlighted text.. For examples of this please visit

and place your mouse pointer over one of the dvd images...

The example in the link needs javascript to work (not everyone has javascript enabled).

See http://www.wickham43.supanet.com/tut...verpopups.html item 1 for an example tutorial which does not use javascript so popups can be seen by viewers who have javascript turned off.

I don't think you will find code in Dreamweaver to do it, you will have to create your own code and insert it.
