Menus With Dreamweaver

Hi

Im making a website with dreamweaver but ive noticed that most websites have a list at the side that doesent change eg : This one
so i was wondering if there is an automatic way of having one of these without haveing to put one in every time you make a new page

You can use SSI to insert a menu, header, footer or anything else that repeats on many pages.
