my project needs developers!!!

hello,
ive restarted my project wich died like a half year ago in that period my website income was +- $1250,- monthly and i want to restart now i want 1 or 2 people to help / being co-owners of the website how much money will u make?
50% of monthly income trough paypal or bank what must you be able to do?

you must be able to program in those langauges:
php
and i want a webdesigner if u can do both it will be fine

what kind of website it is gonna be?

a website with:

-free file hosting up to 500mb ( my job to program this 90% done ) 10% will be more addons this far ive progress bar nice layout and download code but i want more option like password protect ETC.
-free webtemplates (your job to program this as archief)
-forum (our job to develop and get more people to there)
-sign up with user area to download templates (your/my job)
-more to come
