Suggestion needed for new real estate company website

I have been asked to create a web site for a real estate agent. I need some suggestions on how to work with her access database. Currently she is using a Access database on her home/work computers to enter/modify new/existing houses and apartments. I guess text, price, location and photos are included in every entry.

I would like some tips how to be able to create a web site that dynamically can display this information. Is there a way to use Access to syncronize it with a MySQL database on the web site to be able to update information from home? Or are there easier options? If I choose a web host that supports access databases, can I then keep the offline and the online database in sync somehow? How does all this work? I have not yet chosen a host so I have options to choose one suited for the job.
