Talking Proxy for Server Side Application - Where to get one?

I've got a server side application that will be querying an external web-page a number of times.

I’d like to use a proxy connection to access the external website and help mask where this query is coming from. This proxy would need to be stable, i.e. not a free one that disappears all the time.

What sort of proxy should I be looking for and where could I get it from?

A request like this is extremely unusual. I see no valid reason for you to do this, unless you have something to hide or a malicious purpose. Perhaps if you gave me one I would be of more assistance.
