my anchor is busted...

Hello all,
I've got a named anchor on my current project that isn't working in IE6, but it works ok in FF and Opera. I'm wondering if I did something wrong or if I need to enter some sort of hack for IE to make it work properly.

It's the "Helpful Hints" button on the left side that is suppose to bring you down the page to that section. I did have it at the end of the body table, but I think now its in the footer table jsut to make sure it scrolls the page all the way down.
