ratings and reviews module

Hi All,

Sorry if this question is in the wrong category. Can you all please suggest open source code or really cheap code for a "reviews" and a "ratings" module for websites?

Looking to start a family website where we can rate each others photos. Rate this pic from the gallery kind of thing. This is the ratings one.

My other website will be a product(s) review one. Need some code for that as well.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.
