    XML Error.. lost..

I've looked EVERYwhere to find a solution to this problem, but I can't seem to find one that works. Here's my error:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A semi colon character was expected. Error processing resource 'http://www.techhangout.net/'. Line 32, Position 383

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://techhangout.net/templates/247portal-b-blue/css/template_css.css" type="text/css"/>...

I only get it in IE6 on this website, it shows up fine in Firefox, IE7 and pretty much every other browser. What do I need to edit or do in order to make it work in IE6?? This shows up in any skin/template that I use.

EDIT: Okay, now I'm totally even more lost and confused than before. It doesn't work on my friends IE6, my IE6 in one of my VMWare machines, but it'll work on another IE6 in a seperate VMWare machine..They are all the same versions too.. Any ideas??
