CSS links ?? wanna know :D

alright im not sure how to put this but ill give it a go

i have a page with 2 iframes in it, what i want to do is when i click on a link say contact, when i click this it changes the target for iframe1 as well as iframe2

so if iframe1 is targeted as help.html and iframe2 is targeted as list.html and i want them both to change when i click this link, say i want help.html changed to help2.html and list.html to list2.html

if you get what i mean please tell me how to do it, ive been trying for ages to figure this out and i cant seem to find out if it is possible

also i might not have used the right terms as im in a rush but you get what i mean, thx

I can't do it by any normal HTML frames code so I expect it will have to be javascript or PHP. Ask on that board if no one answers here.
