Customers can log in, earn credits and rate each other

Hi everybody,

I am trying to start up a commercial site and I have no experience in web design!

Am fiddeling around with "Dreamweaver" and "macromedia Flash 8".

What I need on my page is:

- secure customer log in
- posibility for the customer to "earn credits" on a type of account
- posibility for the customers to "rate" each other and different items.

Does anyone know how to tacle these challanges?

Is it best to buy a prebuilt webshop (have looked at www.bluehost.com )?
Is it best to download other software or templates?
Is it best to "do it yourself"? ..and how?? :-)

Hope someone can point me in the right direction!
