I know it's not Urdu, it's persian farsi script, but you can see from the source code that the code is in English but the general text is in Persian.
You need to set the language in the meta tag to Urdu (he had <meta name="description" lang="fa"....... you need the code for Urdu UR

An alternative is to have the webpage set up for English but to use special character codes for each Urdu character, see

WIN7; IE9, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari for Windows; screen resolution usually 1366*768.
