Hi,
im searching for high-quality open source content management system like yoomla or wordpress with the option to have a language pop up menue like on pokerstrategy in the right upper corner.

Very important would be, that it is modular (i mean that i can easyly include own scripts like a gallery, contact database etc... that i scripted myself).
