Such Bleak Site DeSIGN!!!

To be perfectly honest, I have never designed for a website, that is if you count myspace and friendster templates. Out of lack of income, I braved an offer for web design. I somehow did a great job considering my inexperience. The only qualm I got was that the design was too bleak. Im really not good when it comes to color contrasts. My banners are always blue or black, two of my favorite colors. I need help... Please view my site here at Nissan Parts and tell me any suggestions you might have for me... thanks
