Is this a template website?

Hello people,

I really could do with some advice. I feel i am paying for a bespoke website, but i think i am getting a template website. Could you guys have a look and tell me what you think? .......... www.spiresdental.co.uk

If you could answer:

1) Is it a template? yes/no
2) Do you know where the template comes from?
3) Is it normal for latin to be used to fill in the blanks, or is it just iweb?

The Latin is the usual way designers simulate English text as it has the proper "coloration" of actual text without the disadvantage of people trying to read it.

The design is simple, clean and well laid out. That doesn't mean it's a template, could just mean that you have a designer that makes simple, clean and well laid out sites. You could check http://templatemonster.com and see if you find it there; if not it's probably not a template as they seem to have the largest number of templates you'll find anywhere.
