newbie and Creation of web page

I volunteered to do a web page for a real estate agent. What would be the best way to access the listings as they change, and with so many images? Database? tables? linking to other web pages? 1 web page with anchoring? Yes, I am very new at this. (using Dreamweaver: CS3) Suggestions? Must admit I bit off more than I can chew, learning Dreamweaver at the same time..

suggest looking at using a Content Management System. There are many goo, free one out there - mosts hosts provide and automatic install through the hosting panel.

You may like to subcontract to a designer to get it looking nice, and you could do the setting up/classifications etc etc.
