I'm rebuilding this site for free for a friend and it started with adding blogging feature and now I've ended up doing a redesign. The colors are set in stone due to print ads and billboards sooo I have to work with them. Let me know please, which design looks the best.

I would re-design the website to match the second logos colors.

I liked the second website the best, but change the colors to match.
