i cant get hold of dreamweaver right now...
would NetBeans be a suitable substitute for dreamweaver???
im only focusing on the designing aspect of the website... which means i will get all my art works done on photoshop and put the page together on netbeans
so would NetBeans do the job? or do i need to get DreamWeaver??
