Hi Guys
Myself and a friend are working on a new comedy site.
I was hoping to get some feed back for the site, prior to it going live.

One of the better "before we go live" sites I've seen.

All I'd change is optimizing the adsense (it's showing me ads about healthy food... Not something I would click reading a comedy site), adding more content, and maybe fixing that butt-ugly shade of greenish yellow on the title bars/banner.

Also, I'd change the welcome message and add in "pure" in front of "unadulterated awesomeness."

I'd also put a check box on the registration page for agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. If you do any satire, I'd add in a disclaimer for good measure. Maybe a captcha, though I absolutely cannot stand them.

I didn't try to register, so I'll just assume all your code works without a problem.

Edit: One other thing: I would promote registering if you're going to have it available. I don't see anything in the immediate content telling me why I should even bother registering, or even stick around. You need a good hook to keep people coming back for more.
