    Need Career Advice

    Been working for the same firm for 7 years as a lead web developer, I do everything from design to production and development of the site. Mostly asp classic but a lot of my sites lately have been built using a third party CMS that I am really getting into, its a .net app called Umbraco.

    Anyway, I just got a review and my raise was pretty low, 1800 bucks. I'm now making just barely over 50k... and I'm wondering if its time to move on, and if it is, how do I begin, do any of you guys use career councelors or anything?

    Can you guys maybe recommend some resources. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
