    Not displaying images, etc

    Hi Everyone,

    Here is my website:

    http://www-spoofcard.com

I had used the validator in the sticky thread, and then copied the "cleaned up" code into my template, saved it in my root folder, then applied it to my index page. I uploaded my index page again and I have the same problem. There should be a gradient background, and on the bottom there should be an image, along with the button images at the top that right now just display text!

If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated. I'm not sure how to fix what the validator says is wrong.

    Thank you!

    Ryan

    Update:
I undid everything I did to my template (link changes), uploaded it, then uploaded my index file again - that seemed to work. Going to give the edit another shot. Thanks

Question: Do I have to upload my template in order for my site to look correct?

It's displaying the images now, so if you haven't uploaded the template then you don't need to.

If your page is based on the template, in other words has copied all the template code which has been edited to suit your page, then the original template is not needed.
Code downloaded to my PC will be deleted in due course.
WIN7; IE9, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari for Windows; screen resolution usually 1366*768.
    Also IE6 on W98 with 800*600 and IE8 on Vista 1440*900.
