Page within a Page

Would someone be kind enough to tell me if this particular type of webpage has a name? http://www.thewayyoulive.net/ This is what I would like to create and wonder if there are any free templates out there. Is this a dynamic web page..I know it is not an iframe because the syntax includes a "body" section. I love how everything appears on the same page.

It looks like a very conventional web page based on tables, but with old-fashioned code.

It hasn't got a Doctype which it should have and it uses the font tag which is deprecated, see:-

There's nothing unusual about the code but it could be modernised a lot. The only dynamic bit is the javascript for the comments.
