Menu madness

I've been successfull with this menu in the past and even when I cut and paste it from the old one to this new one, it doesn't work. I'm missing something and can't figure it out... spent way too much of my day on this and I bet someone will spot the problem immediately if I ask... so I'm asking --- HELP??!

I am trying to make this be an accordian style like I did with another site I had done... www.artzme.com

This looks different in spacing with internet explorer than firefox... and it doesn't do the accordian thing... I'm so frustrated!! Please help me... Thank you in advance..
