I am a beginner in Web Technologies. I have to develop enterprise web application. I need suggestions from you to select the best tools and technologies for development, as my project is starting from scratch.

1. Tool and languages for developing the web GUI.
2. Technologies for action handling.
3. Server side buisness logic and scripting.
