Some color issues!

I have a page at:

I've changed the background color of the page, but can't figure out how to change the color in the header to match (to the right of the logo). I've gone through the 4 css files and searched for the current color code to see if I can find where to replace it but I can't. How do I change that color?

Also, one other question, what am I doing wrong re the navigation menu? It should look like: http://www.improveyourwebvisibility.com/index.shtml, where the home tab would be the light color tab and the rest of the tabs should match the blue page background color.
