i too belong to the same category
and was interested to share knowledge in web development
i recently completed my mca program and developed a web-based project
but i implemented it locally, and don't have a domain still
i used xampp so have beginner's knowledge about php, mysql, html and javascript
i used dreamweaver8 for designing and coding i.e. the php scripts
i'm interested to have a website may be initially a static site
it would be very helpful to share ur views and knowledge
