    Old Question Refreshed

I have several cams for surveillance and developed a web page that displays all camera images at 320 x 240 but the images have been cropped from 640 x 480 camera settings. I need to keep the images at 640 x 480 for snapshot purposes but also need the same image at 320 x 240 in the web page. On the same page I have a link for each 320 image, when clicked another page opens on top with the same image at 640 x 480, the full image. I've google'd and can't find a way of condensing and seeing the whole image at 320 x 240. It only shows part from the top left-hand corner. Any suggestions? Naturally, if I set the cameras to 320 x 240 then everything is fine on the base page but then would have to explode it to 640 x 480 and lose quality. f.y.i.... they're streaming vids.
