User input that leads to unique page

Hello. I am fairly new to all this but here is the problem I need help with.

My home page will have a single form input that users will have to enter to go further.

The code they will enter will differ depending on geographical area where they saw an advert.

There will be a 3 letter identifier at the start of each code and the balance of code could be anything.

I need to be able to identify that 3 letter code and then send the user through to a particular page just for that region. Once the form on this page is submitted it would get emailed to the person in charge of that region.

I only anticipate about 40 different regions to code.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help.

I think I will move this to Client & Server Side Scripting (PHP, ASP, JavaScript) as it seems to fit better there.
    Thank you.
