PhP mywhat!

Hello, everybody, we have an issue with phpmyadmin. First things first-

Joomla version is 1.5.9.
We are using Go Daddy Paid Hosting.
We have completed install already on XAMMPP "Local Host".
We exported database in phpmyadmin on local host successfully, but when we try to import on remote server we get these error messages-

"access denied for user"
-or-
"database exists already"

We have tried new databases, existing databases, still unable unable to import. We have zipped, we done it regular, its still won't work..any ideas would be helpful..
