I'm really new to CSS, my question is.
If i'm making a website, and I am basing it off of a template. Lets say I had 10 pages that I made using the template, and I only change out the content part of each page.
If 2 months later I wanted to change a picture that was on each page because it was part of the template. is there a way to change one file and it be synchronized with the rest of the files instead of me going to each page and changing that picture?
Also I have dreamweaver.
thanks ahead of time.

Code downloaded to my PC will be deleted in due course.
WIN7; IE9, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari for Windows; screen resolution usually 1366*768.
Also IE6 on W98 with 800*600 and IE8 on Vista 1440*900.
