Please recommend good online backup service options

Hello all,

I'm looking for recommendations for the best online backup software. Currently i am working on Mac platform and have 80gb of data. I have few important docs also which needs to be accessed anytime from anywhere preferably on my mobile. I am not so keen on using external HDD.

Please suggest a program/site that will work well for this need? Please suggest both free (if there are any decent ones) and paid services.
