Setting up a WAMP on Vista 64 bit???

    Hey guys,

I'm interested in setting up a web server on my laptop for testing dynamic pages. However, I'm running 64 bit Vista Home Premium. Apache's binaries are listed as "win32", so will they work with my computer? I've looked around and some people have said it won't. I ran across a site offering UNoffical apache binaries, but I'm not sure I want to take the risk downloading them even though they promise to install apache on 64 bit with no hiccups. Has anyone done this?

I don't think a 32 bit application will run on a 64 bit system. You could install the unofficial version, run a virtual os/dual boot or install a 32 bit windows over your current version...
