You may need a tutorial like w3shools http://www.w3schools.com/
You can Google for free "webpage templates" or "free website templates"
and choose from thousands, but you will have to edit the code.
You need to buy a domain name.
You need a hosting service.
You need an ftp program to upload your files to the hosting service. See
