Hello, as you can see i'm pretty new to the forum , but i must ask about how a certain page was done, i have no direct access and do not know it's address. i'm only guessing how it works from a picture



The page i'm talking about is within that frame where is placed the text.

From the picture, i can at least guess that :

This is a sort of news list

- When you click on one of Those Blue buttons , The first & most recent news that is opened by default get's "closed" (text layer disapears or maybe "slides up smoothly" for a better effect)
- The News & Their titles are pulled from a DB using PHP
- The news text layer is separated from the rest and has his own Stand alone scroll bars.

I Came to this forum hoping to receive advice from profesionals,
i'm only a newbie at web designing and would like to make such a page for learning purposes and my mini project.
So if someone could please guide me trough the creation of such a page
