Set up for web hosting

Hi friends,

I want to open a web hosting company . I want to know what are the initial set up are required like hard ware ,software etc.
I am a novice and not much idea .so i need your help .Plz give me suitable suggestion how to proceed.


I have oracle data base installed in my system and the operating system is windows XP . I want to run PHP files in my system.
How to execute the files. My requirement is to fetch the data from database and show it to in html page .
