Anyone seen a product that will generate this type of thing for you granted you provide the artwork, text, etc.?

Basically I just need it to automatically generate the 1,2,3,4 seen here.

I need it to do the following (which this example does)

Allow me to place a few graphics that it will automatically rotate
Allow me to place a link on each graphic
Have the numbers at the bottom be selectable so that I can go from 3 to 1, etc.

Another example that is similar can be seen below, this isn't flash based, but rather it rotates html pages with some type of ajax fade in/out I presume
