More than instance in one webpage

Here is my problem, I have a couple of different html files and they are all the same except each one is in a different language. What i need to know is there a way i can all of them in one html file. This will be on a knova knowledge base system.



For example:



i have a english, spanish and korean one of the same html file. At the top is a langauage bar so when someone clicks on one language its keeps the pictures and formats the same but just brings up the new language. The only thing is because of space and requirements constraints i need to have all of that one one html file. Would i use java or php to do this?

can anyone help with this. Also i am using dw cs4. Is there a way i can do this by using that spry that is built in?
