    rollover scrolls

    Hi, I'd like to know if there is any simple way to add a scroll box that scrolls up/down automatically when i rollover an arrow? I intend to put it on the sidebar of my website for event listings.

    i'm not really familiar with javascript (if that is needed at all) so any help would be appreciated, thanks!
