MIDI sound spIke on my webpage. Someone please help!

It is beyond me why this is happening. I thought I had figured it out, but nope. I'm gonna need some advice from some kind soul out there in neverland. So this is my site --->

If you navigate around a bit, you should eventually hear the MIDI songs Spike in volume right when you load the page. Sometime it happens, sometimes not?!?! I can not figure out why it would do that. It happens for me on the mp3 page. If it doesn't happen the first time just hit refresh. It will happen. Careful keep you speakers on low. I can't tell you how many times I . . .
