The issue has been resolved. Apparently it was just an issue with the server.

I just visited the site..and there appeared to be a CSS problem..maybe your working on it right now, I then refreshed and everything seems fine. Where is the server located? Are you working directly on the server? What type of server is it? Post as much info as you can..
