Suggestions for creating a website with Adobe Design Suite for beginners

I have never created a website before, but I am somewhat familiar with HTML coding. I have Adobe Design Premium and I was wondering how to start making a web page. What program do I begin with, and is there a certain order of programs to use(i.e. FW, PS, DW)? Also is there a helpful video tutorial that anyone recommends for beginners? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Ryan,

Here is a decent video for creating a website with Dreamweaver from scratch. Hopefully it helps. If not, there are tons of other tutorials out there.
